- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective;
- The wrong item was delivered;
- The item is significantly different from its description;
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return requests must be made within [3–7 days] of receiving the item.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Customized or made-to-order artwork
- Cut fabrics (once cut to customer specification)
- Discounted or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Await confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Reign Art Gh will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is for other approved reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Inspection and Approval
Once the returned item is received:
- We will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed.
- If rejected (e.g., item used or damaged), we will notify you and may return the item to you at your cost.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges

- The requested replacement item is available;

If the replacement costs more, the customer will pay the difference.
- Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if:

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Damaged Packages on Delivery
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
- Notify the delivery agent immediately (where possible).
- Take clear photos before opening.
- Contact us within 24 hours.
Failure to report damage promptly may affect eligibility for refund or replacement.
